PhysioYoga

Fall session starts on October 20th!

Basic PhysioYoga Wednesday 7:00pm

Yoga helps to relax muscle tension, reduce stress, as well as improve core stability, flexibility and balance. Basic PhysioYoga is a slow, guided class offering a safe environment to practice a series of yoga postures and breathing techniques. It provides the opportunity to stretch and strengthen your muscles, while recovering from, or helping to prevent injury.

Instructor: Jessica Lodu, Physiotherapist and Certified Kripula Yoga Teacher
Location: 3008 Oxford St, Suite 203 (enter Cork St. side)
Dates: Wednesdays, Oct 20th – Nov 24th
Fees: 96$ for 6 week session

Congratulations to Jocelyn for completing her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP).  We are proud of you!

Martha is happy to announce the birth of Baby Ellie on July 14th!  She is looking forward to be back teaching PhysioPilates this fall, classes starting September 20th

We are pleased to announce that Kelly Whitman, Physiotherapist and Certified Stott Pilates Instructor has recently joined our health care team.   Kelly will join Martha in teaching PhysioPilates.
                                                 
We are excited to welcome Tia Toner-McDougall back from her maternity leave in September
